Selling and buying a house is stressful, I don't think anyone would disagree. It took me a long time to make the decision to sell my house and buy a new one. And now I wish I had done it sooner and not waited so long. I did some research about various estate agents, and I did meet more than one. Reside answered me promptly and got my property on the market within days. Jason visited my property and I liked his no nonsense approach, I don't suffer fools nor people wasting my time and so it was a welcome relief to not have to listen to any sale patter. Once on the market Faye managed the selling of my property. I really cant say enough positive things about how easy she made it for me. Kept in constant contact, gave me great advice, helped me with my purchase, answered me promptly and out of hours, and closed my sale seamlessly. I am honest when I say I don't think I could have done it so successfully without her. I made the right choice of estate agent and I would choose them again. If I compare them to the agent of the house I purchased, Reside wipe the floor with them in every aspect.
Amy and the team at Reside were great, our house was a hard house to sell with it being over 4 floors and having lots of stairs inside and up to the property.Everyone who came through the door wete fully aware of the issues and there for the right reasons with no time wasters. The sale went through with no issues and Amy and the team were always on hand to go the extra mile to help this process. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic support. Kept incontact all the time, gave extremely supportive and useful advice. I could always get an answer or a call back ASAP and never kept waiting. Emails where answered straight away to. Pictures and write up on the actual house i was selling where fantastic. I would recommend Jason, Fay and team to everyone.. to the point my mum is now selling her house through them...
Having dealt with this estate agents multiple times, we would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They have been extremely rude over the phone and we have been treated with no respect. Do not put your house up with this so called 'estate agents', as they over price all property and do nothing to speed up the process of selling your home.
