I found that my property was being advertised at an incorrect price. I have now sold and am delighted with the service I received . Friendly and always kept me informed .
Disappointing experience overall, After constantly ringing for information , after i put my application in, i was promised call backs which i never received and spent most of my time doing there job. i can't believe this agency has 5* how? they do not do anything and judge you on your status, they didn't take myself into account or try to make my experience of being their client enjoyable. They lost photocopies of my passport and expected me to come back in again to provide the same information. No care to client and sorry to say one of the worst letting agencies i have come across. Careless and unorganized is the correct terminology to use for this place. Waste of time and ridiculous services!!!
