My application was a Right to Buy! After the housing association asked Barton Kendal to value my house was the most disappointing whole experience ever. The valuation of my property was incorrect after contacting Keystone to value the house was a lot more less and found out thats it to late and nothing can be done because I have proceeded with the application. Never would recommend this firm again. Most unprofessional experience ever as a 1st time buyer and having to deal with a prefectic firm like this!! #AVOID

Barton Kendal have been acting for us for over 6 years and we have always found them to be responsive and provide an excellent service. We have only ever had one complaining tenant (just below this review) and all other tenants have been very satisfied.There will always be people that cannot be satisfied whatever service they receive even when they leave the garden like a jungle and complain about minor items.We have also used Barton Kendal in the past for selling and received and exceptional service.
