Very nice staff. They accepted to change our room as the initial one was bad isolated. The room was big and clean. Food in bar and restaurant was good. Spa was great, ideal for a relaxing weekend! Thank you!

The room and bed was very clean and comfortable and the spa was lovely. Just a couple of problems with our visit. We arrived early as we were told we could have early check in because we were celebrating my birthday. On arrival the room was not ready and they knew nothing about our early check in. This was easily rectified and we were given a prestige room which was lovely and our checkout was extended by 1 hour. We decided to have breakfast in the room and put our order card on the door handle that afternoon only to find it still there at midnight. We took it to reception to be told it would be collected early morning and to leave it on the door. Unfortunately we found it at 8.30 the next morning, still on the door and obviously no breakfast. We rang reception and the kitchen took our order. when it arrived it had clearly been thrown together with plastic cheese slices and a couple of ham slices with grapes on top. They had no fruit salad so gave us some tinned cherries and figs and the cooked breakfast was average. A disappointing start and end to an otherwise pleasant stay

Everyone should try this experience. The facial, neck and head massage was unbelievably relaxing in a soothing environment. Refreshments and relaxation room included. The pool and spa area was clean and just perfect in every way.

As parents of three young children this was meant to be a relaxing one night stay at your hotel. Wasn't given any information at all just given our key. The room was lovely although our fridge was outside our door. Staff were lovely can't fault any of them made us feel welcome. When it came to us retiring for bed there was loud music, slamming doors, people screaming and shouting until 1.30am which ruined our night. We mentioned this to the receptionist after being charged a ridiculous price for a breakfast but she'd obviously had complaints that morning as she gave us a little discount on the breakfast. Although a clean hotel with lovely friendly staff it was ruined our stay.

Can never thank you all enough. All since reception to the bar staff all of them were superb with a lot of patience because our huge group wasn't easy to handle through all these days and Rama, George and Bruno where unstoppable, they were everywhere and always very smiley and helpful making this Christmas unforgettable for us. Thank you so much.
