Staff great room lovely buffet good and beer at a good price worth a try
My partner and I stayed there before and found it pleasant and comfortable. We would stay there again with no complaints.
Rooms were lovely, clean, comfy and plenty of tea,coffee milk etc mints on the bed were a lovely touch. Staff Ethan and Tony were fantastic and very friendly, they couldnt do enough for us when we arrived. Its a shame the staff in comparison the day after were the opposite! The waiter at breakfast when he finally arrived barely spoke, he then served us cold breakfast and again disappeared so no one to complain too! The breakfast room was also freezing and we kept our coats on to eat our cold breakfast! It was such a shame after the lovely welcome the evening we arrived. I do recommend you stay but avoid bar/breakfast room!
It is no longer be part of Best Western Group. Best Western terminate the franchise with Broadfield Park Hotel due to its poor management. The heater and water supply were suck. The hotel are old and rooms are dirty. If you don't want to get skin disease, avoid this one!
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The room had been recently refurbished however the bed was not very comfy and the pillows were really hard so I didn't get a good night sleep. I stayed in room 117 and it looks like there is a camera looking through the window but I might be wrong. The floor boards in the room were loose and I didn't feel safe leaving my car on the car park as there were several young hooded lads hanging around the car park. The staff are all really nice and helpful though and they provide a good service. The reason I stayed here is because the premier inn was fully booked.
