Awful/non-existent customer service
Absolute appalling service. In the 3 years they have been processing my claim I have not had 1 letter, email or phone call on progress on my claim although the have all evidence and doctors reports. Only time I speak with them is when I constantly have to phone and chase it up myself with the same answer every time. Absolutely shocking not one apologie for the way I have been treated. Never get chance to speak to a solicitor, for a professional service they certainly are not providing that to there clients. I advise anyone to please seek a solicitor from from somewhere else, they are slack to put it bluntly. They are incompetent!!!

Almost two years, my case has been goin on and it still is not done with i have provided all the info needed and as they asked i have never once spoken to my so called lawyer he or she is never in or there in a meeting so i end up getting the receptionist and she answers my questions instead and they also never ever call you to give you any updates i feel like im goin on and on but i have to because if i dont this case will not get anywhere and i will not get closer very disapointed please do not use this firm
