We have very recently completed on our first home though Lancashire law. They kept us up to date with every little thing throughout the whole process. Really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.
This branch was recommended to us by Cowell & Norford Estate Agents for the sale of our vacant property.We would not use either of them again.In my opinion communication was poor and considering this they did not provide good value for money.The owners response is a stretch of the imagination.To say "daily basis" is far from the truth.I would not recommend them.
Dealt with Alison today requarding having to do a will ,wasn't sure of the procedure and first time having to sort something like this out ,from the start of the meeting until the end we were made to feel so comfortable and everything explained every step of the way in what we would have to do ,I can't thank alison enough for all her help and understanding in this delicate matter once again Thank you for you empathy and approach would highly recommend this company for all legal matters.

They have been quick, efficient and well responsive to all my hundred of emails & calls even when the estate agents where being pushy they still kept me updated with everything that was going on.
