Woman on the phone really rude for an enquiry not even willing to help. Didnt ask my name. No basic manners or curtesy. Would not recommend them as I can only assume youll be paying them to Lose the case anyway. I did not like the way I was brushed off and told to go elsewhere. Even if you cant help a potential client have some curtesy not to be rude. Very sarcastic woman. Highly dont recommend them.
