Called A2 for a quote in regards to purchasing a house. A2 are not on any trusted Lenders Panels so they can not act for anybody using a mortgage!Do you keep records of non customer calls? I called, asked if you could act for me with a Halifax mortgage and was told you are not on the Halifax panel so could not act for me in the purchase, unless i instructed another conveyancer to deal with my mortgage, resulting in 2 conveyancing bills, and a lot of confusion! There is no more to discuss, you are not on the panel for Halifax, my mortgage is with Halifax. I dont care if your registered with Lexcel. That still doesnt change the fact you couldnt act for me with a Halifax Mortgage.
