Have always had a positive experience here, however was very disappointed when we booked in our dog to be spayed to find they had a menu of additional treatments you could add ie better food given on recovery. This made me feel that if I did not pick anything additional then I may be judged a bad owner. The additional add on's could have been an additional 100 on top of the basic spay of 200. We decided to change vets and were charged 163 for the spay with nothing additional offered or required. footnote they also did not ask the basic question of when her last season was, they just booked her in.
So glad we changed vets to Vets4Pets Rochdale, the staff are so helpful and patient. Our staffie absolutely hates having his boosters but the vet was so patient with him and took her time even after a good few attempts. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else now. More than happy taking Figaro and Monty here all the time. Also a big bonus of having it in Pets At Home so they get used to going to the vets even when were just going picking up dog food
So welcoming and attentive with having 2 new dogs join our family they ran round for us trying to find there history and answer any questions we had. So gentle with them amazing staf thankyou all so much x
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff that took care of my furbaby Nico. The vet was supportive, understanding and took care of Nico so very well.
