Too many reminders about appointments for our 2 dogs. Then had to wait over half an hour to be seen. There was no where to park our car and the building is near a main road. It was hard to keep the dogs HAPPY for over half an hour before one them got looked at.
Brought in a stray cat that was clearly in need of medical attention. And got turned away. They scanned it. realised it had a chip n refused to take it in. Duty of care! My arse!!
