Our lab has been with Valley Vet Care for about 18 months and we wouldn't go to another vets. Had to pay an impromptu visit to the vets yesterday after he ate a chicken bone and became unwell... despite it being the first business day after Christmas and New Year, Limmy was seen to so quickly and received excellent care from Richard the vet, the vetinary nurses and the reception staff. I find the service to be very personable and genuine. We are so thankful and would recommend VVC to other pet owners. Hopefully we wont be returning anytime soon... but I completely trust them with my four legged best friend. Thank you
Our cat Millie 14 years old had to be put to sleep. So devastating. We would like to thank Vince (vet) and Gill (receptionist) for the wonderful love and care they gave to my beautiful baby. In future should we decide to get another cat we will have no hesitation to use Valley Vet Care again. Thank you again. Love. Marie-Anne and Paul. Xxx
Vet took offense to my husband, who I sent out of the room i apologised as my husband didn't mean to cause him any offence and tryed to tell the vet this who wouldn't listen. the vet Vince carried on basically shouting at me who hasn't done anything, and who takes all of my animals there, I go above and beyond for them. I have actually been reduced to tears over this whole thing and have taken my puppy to an emergency vet. I am absolutely devastated at the whole thing and am quite shaken that a vet would shout at me who's always wanted the best for her pets, i understand my husband may have offended him and I apologised for this, as it was an emotional time for him but to then be shouted at when I haven't said anything wrong is really upsetting to me. The only good thing is puppy is perfectly ok and it has turned out to be nothing serious. I am sorry the whole situation went as it did I feel it was a huge mis understanding on both parts and wish that Vince would of taken the time to listen to me explain, instead of basically having a go at me for this. On previous consultations I've had with him everything as been fine and I quite liked his friendly attitude I am debating whether or not to phone up now all's calmed down and clear the air between us again
Couldn't fault this vets. Extremely caring and couldn't do enough for us. The best vets by far.
