Good facilities
Very poor patient care. Procedures not explained and staff do not show any interest at all. Quite shocking for a private hospital.The beds were dirty.
Words can't express my thanks to all the staff for their expert, warm and diligent care. From catering to the nurses on the ward, the aenaesthetist and surgeon to the housekeeping, reception staff, pre op staff and the encouraging physio team, every person who I had the good fortune to have looking after me was nothing short of fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hip surgery at the Highfield Hospital!
My father had his NHS hip replacement surgery at Highfield under Mr Ilango. The care from the initial appointment to his discharge and follow up was excellent - nothing was too much trouble and the professionalism of everyone at the hospital is a credit to them all.
Fantastic hospital. Looked after from the first moment upon arrival, to leaving. Staff all excellent . Nice clean spacious en suite room. Meals very nice, and well presented. My hospital of choice if ever a inpatient stay is needed for me in the future. Thank you all at Highfield Hospital.Ian room L101 Nov 17
