GP reception staff and nurses are brilliant, always have time for you and try and resolve the problems if they can. One female doctor is an absolute joke!! This doctor is Dr Foster! All patients who were booking their appt at 8.00am when I did in person (as struggle to get through on phone) were told which doctor was on and everyone rolled their eyes and said no point turning up on time as shes always an hour late. I managed to make an appt for 9.30am one morning to arrive at 9.15am to be told no doctor in as yet and she finally strolled in at 9:55am with no apology to the waiting room full of patients. Bring back the male doctor that is usually there who is on time, always polite and very helpful and has time for his patients.
Very bad doctors u ring in the morning and it's says the staff are busy at this morment when u ring at 8 in the morning and then when u get thouth to them about 8:30 Sorry no more pontments left and I don't find that the docs are very help full as you see all diffent ones tbh

Absolute joke! Been going back and forth since January about a condition and not recievwd any pain relief and referrals or even an examination.. For the last four days I've rang each morning for another appointment to b told all gone!! What!! At 5 past eight all your appointments are gone?? Seriously a joke!! The doctor there.. Yes only one doctor is ridiculous. Can b crying your eyes out in pain and all he says is "what do you want me to do"???? Ermmmmm do your job ffs! Searching for a new doctors surgery.. Avoid this place!! Going to a&e instead. At least they will go through everything!!
