They dont listen and deal properly on phone. Pathetic attitude, i requested to pick my medication from Bolton at Lloyds pharmacy. They said you could pick it up from llloyds pharmacy but there was nothing for me. I gave a call back to dr Hamids practice then the girl on phone was saying it wasnt she who said picked it up from lloyds pharmacy. They wasted my 5 days

Staff at reception is EXTREMELY RUDE. Had the worst experience ever, (many others have said the same thing) seems like they just want to get rid of you not your problem. Would not recommend this practice to anyone, will seriously be looking into changing practice. The doctors really need to be aware of this and look into why so many people have complaints about their reception staff.
worse service ever, the staff needs to be more polite, seems to me that the dr is unaware of this or maybe he is not bothered. making the elderly come to reception to pick up a letter when it can be posted. shame on you, time to change doctors for all my family. by the way i saw a vote page on a Facebook page where 1000s responded by saying this practise is the worse it can be. not surprised.
