Everyone you ring staff are rude not helpful at all today I randomly for repeat prescription they kept cutting me of so I rang normal line she took my order told me I can't have voltrol pain relief I told her I get it for my joints she said they haven't prescribed it since 2006 when I have been getting it ,I asked to look at my prescription line she shouted no and she said I told you we don't prescip it she would not listen she told me her name is gazalla these people need to do there job probably these reception are rude all the time I am fed of them ?????
Temporarily registered by grandma with this practice when she came to visit us from abroad. The surgery was very understanding, accommodating and always helped with any issues we had!! When she became very sick, the manager, staff and doctors acted very quickly due to the nature of the case. I appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone based on the pleasant experience I had.
All doctors are good reception and pick up phone calls very poor
Every time I come here i just make sure here is the worst gp ever. Rude staff and useless doctors who just prescribe (drinking water) and they dont care if ure dying
Very rude staff . Then they accept people to talk nice to them. Rubbish doctor surgery. Beware people. PLEASE GET ANOTHER DOCTOR. SOME FREE HEALTHY ADVICE!!!!! And plus the staff have been under paid for years, by Dr gafoor, it's on line check it out . So the Dr is a crook!! No joke people please check online!!! SAD
