Probably one of the smallest Marks and Spencer stores there are but it still has a good variety of goods available.The food section is of good quality and always very well stocked. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are plenty of parking spots close by the closest is possibly the Wheatsheaf carpark.

They had some great new ladies fashion in today. The staff are all very friendly. Great local store.

A really large marks and Spencers with both a large food section and clothing section. The clothing section is split into menswear, womenswear and kids wear. I was in need of a few things for my trip up north for the winter and found all the warm clothes Id need at fair prices.

Fabulous helpful staff!! Having placed an order online for delivery into the Rochdale store only to find that the wrong item was sent & after having issues with M&S customer service call centre, the team at the Rochdale store were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me, in the process providing amazing customer service.Many thanks to Judy, who was my first point on contact when I returned to store after realising there was an issue with the item I had ordered. Gary for going the extra mile & helping me despite having already finished work! Finally, thanks to Maureen the store manager for coming up with a solution to my problem.....! It has been a long time since I have experienced truly exceptional customer care and putting the needs of the customer first....this happened with Judy, Gary & Maureen. Thanks again
