Absolutely pathetic lady on jewellery counter working yesterday. We asked her if they have screw back earrings for my kid and she said shes worked in jewellery for 20 years and never heard of em and laughed at me and walked away.Either she was a racist ,sick of her job or she was just incredibly dumb.
I bought a hover did not work when i took it back they sed you can not return it l. 30 days money back guarantee is just a con avoid avoid this store staff are soo unprofessional
I like Argos and the staff at this store are friendly and very helpful. That said there is never enough staff on the tills and returns are processed at the same point a sales which leads to large queues, they do have additional card only checkout machines but still expect a wait. I always use the Free online click & collect option to ensure the items I want are in stock at the store. There is free parking and designated Disabled bays right outside the store, the store is also wheelchair and pushchair accessible.
I am not satisfied with Argos as I have been given a delivery date on the 25th June and they have delayed it to the 8th July which is too late. I would have preferred it if they had called to inform us and replaced it with another item which again they haven't.
Most things in stock and good opening times , easy to click and collect, good prices , conveniently located in central retail park. 5 stars
