Took over a month to make a simple repair. Failed at every step.
We recieved the courtesy vehicle in dirty condition. This was noted by the company and we were assured we wouldn't be charged for cleaning upon return. However upon returning the vehicle we were told "we have a duty of care to the next customer and you could have at least had it valeted"!!! The receptionist was quite rude to me about the matter. The manager did however agree to "let us off".My own car was returned vacuumed but the back seats were filthy and there was a scuff in the back of the drivers seat which was not there before.For these reasons I cannot recommend this repair centre.However, the repairs were done to a superior standard, and quicker than they estimated. The repairs were 5 star but sadly the customer service was not.
Really good work would not want to go anywhere else
