Can't fault this garage I've been using them for years
I took car in for an issue which was not resolved but I was charged over 50 for the check which is ridiculous because other garages do the same check without charge and at least diagnose the issue. I was also quoted less money prior to the point of payment. Once I raised these points I was pushed by a man who worked here. This is out of order and very unprofessional. The worst service I have ever recieved and for a man to push a woman is in itself outrageous and appauling behaviour.I will be reporting this place and definitely do not recommendThere is a way in which staff can voice and address thing and the way in which they behaved was very unprofessional. Disgusted. Not worth the one star
My car was completely dead ! The main ECU (computer) had failed on a 14 plate Astra. Chris managed to source another ECU and reprogram. All fixed and running again Excellent service I would highly recomend
Have had the pleasure of dealing with this fella for many years now, without a doubt the best man in Rochdale with diagnostic work. He mends the problems and doesn't just turn lights out. Lots of people may have diagnostic machines but most don't know how they work. If you want your car mending properly then Chris is your man.
