Waited ages, not shown around the cars or their features, staff went thru motions without demonstrating any enthusiasm for their product so did not inspire me to make a purchase - if their attitude was better, I'd probably considered signing contract then. Staff made very little effort, had to ask for a brochure. Served decent coffee though.
Helpful friendly staff in parts dept. Needed headlamp adjusting bolts,nuts after wrong parts fitted by a non Skoda garage. Both people I spoke with very helpful came out to car and checked parts required, and ordered for me to collect within 3 days.
