Picked up our new Motability Car end of November - a Picanto 2 from Kia Premier Rochdale. Brian ( Motability Advicer ) was helpful and professional from start to finish. It was a pleasant surprise when he unveiled our new car under a black sheet . Good Customer service and would recommend going to Kia Rochdale.

Very poor dropped my car off 9.20am for an interim service . Went back at 4pm car not even moved. Everytime I use this garage same problem happens, they book too many cars in. Another wasted day waiting around.
I saw the car that I wanted online and I called the dealership and spoke with Brian. He couldn't have done anymore for me, when he said he would get back to me he did and any questions that I had he answered them with no issue! I would definitely recommend him and definitely buy another car from him in the future!
