Traveled up from Peterborough to OMC Ford Rochdale on Saturday to look at a Focus ST. We were greeted at the door by a lovely receptionist who then got us a drink while she found Fred who we had been dealing with over email regarding the car. Fred was fantastic, really friendly, polite and not pushy in the slightest. Fred had sent me a video of the ST and it was exactly as described, absolutely immaculate! Fred also introduced us to the sales manager, other salesman in the showroom came and spoke to us while Fred was doing the paperwork. Everyone was so friendly. A fantastic garage with fantastic service! 3 hour drive was well worth it. Can not recommend highly enough. Would 100% buy another Ford from them.
