I had been in store and already purchased the above item, but it was to small. I returned it. A younger member of your store staff was extremely helpful, she listened well to my problems, finding a solution quickly. She also checked online if the item was made in a larger size, measured the returned one for me, in order that it to check the online product would be suitable. Unfortunately I had to go outside and order from your website, apparently this cannot be done in store. But I was extremely pleased with the product and the service. Well done
Nice store but really unhelpful lady behind the counter sorry didnt get her name blue suit shoulder length brown hair ont one off the young girls they where great,my own doing I hadn't charged my phone enough for the direction so I was struggling to find you but eventually did, I asked the lady if I could charge my phone because I was really worried about finding my way home without any sat navigation, she was very unhelpful and didn't show any empathy for my situation as I work in retail I was very disappointed and I would never treat a customer like that !!
