Shocking Service! Second and last time I will be going to this post office. Charged incorrectly 1st time I let it go, this time I questioned it and he wouldn't correct. Also told to 'Hurry Up' whilst being served. Never known customer service as bad. Everyone be Warned you ask for a service and he will give you the wrong service to get extra money!! Funny how the good review for this place is by the Manager 'MALIK' the guy who was rude and cons people out of there money.
Caselton Post office is back to open and management change. It's amazing and happy services there. Nice people running now happy to go there
Gone today to post important documents its SHUT yet again opens when they feel like it not on website says its open and what about the elderly who need to access their money, its a joke
Wasted lunch break driving here to find it shut. Fully shuttered, no 'back soon' notice, just closed. Post Office website said it should be open!
This post office is NEVER open. Gone today 40 minutes before closing at it was shut. Normally they put a sign in the door saying they have gone for lunch even though those times are not advertised. I've wasted so much of my time going back and forth here. Avoid!
