Certain staff are absolutly fantastic knowing my grandson has meds and a prescription for them meds will give us a box in advance of prescription coming through from the doctors , then you get the odd two that just have to show their authority quoting the law on meds on loan . Emergency meds , I'm the pharmacist in charge and I decide who I chose to lend to rubbish . I'll be taking mine and my families custom into town @ Boots chemist from now on not that that matters to anyone. Sunday staff.

Gave me a short box of tablets and when going back in to tell them, they denied it, saying they couldn't have made that mistake. Virtually accused me of removing them. I have since found 3 other people that it's happened to!!! They were always short of stock and I always had to make another trip to pick up the shortfall of my subscription!!I must say though, the counter staff are lovely to deal with and very polite. The problem I had, was with one of the managers. He was pig headed and never wrong (or wouldn't admit to it)
