Rang this number thinking it would get me through to a local locksmith, maybe as it was weekend I got transferred to a call centre and they sent someone from Manchester. I was told price would be about 70 pounds to fix lock, and if I needed a new one would be 20 then labour charges. That seemed ok and in line with what I have paid previously. Imagine my surprise at being told it would be 250 pounds!! I refused and had to pay 30 pounds call out for nothing! I feel the call centre should be clearer on how much is charged, I understand the locksmith had to drive a distance and has a living to make but I feel conned
