Having worked with Anil at Howdens Rochdale for 4 years and supplied us with dozens of kitchens nothing is to much trouble for Anil, he is professional, smart thinking and also tries to give best value for money by thinking outside the box, we've looked at other suppliers who might be cheaper but its the customer service by Anil that keep us coming back.
We have over the last 2 years had over 18 kitchens supplied through Howdens Rochdale, The service has been amazing, every little issue has been resolved within hours, Amanda and Anil have i can honestly say gone over and above to ensure my customers have had exactly what they required at the best possible price.The designs have been great and Amanda has ensured all the houses on the development have had a slightly different style, colour etc which has added great value to the development. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been using Rochdale Howdens for many years but since Sarah Nicholls has been appointed manger the customer service has gone downhill. Huge turnover of staff, not one employee has anytbing good to say about the manager. I will now be taking my business to the Oldham branch where Pete will be happy to help.
SARAH NICHOLLS. That is the name of the repulsive manager of this depot. BEWARE if youre thinking about buying a kitchen from this depot! The manager will happily add money to the kitchen to make money herself. RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF left right and centre. If you call up to even speak to the so called manager shell avoid you at all costs. Clearly doesnt know how to manage a company. On a positive note all the other members of staff are great.
Bosss is a joke and rips every customer . Go to wren kitchens and save yourself the money! Sarah Nichols the manager will look down on and you and make you feel small! Take your money elsewhere if you have any sense.
