Managed to get a quick appointment and Kensy was lovely and professional, made excellent complimentary tea! I showed a picture as to how I wanted my hair and she not only did the consultation and gave great advice, she also managed to deliver results better than expected! It takes a while to find a good hairdresser in a new area but I hit the jackpot with Kensy at Serenity. Will be booking for all my future appointments here - thank you :)
