Thank you to all involved with the funeral of my mum in January 2018. Yvonne and the team made a very difficult process manageable at a very emotive time.The company gave us support and time to make difficult decisions. They made family who went to see my mum in chapel feel at ease. My mum looked like my mum in chapel - she was at peace with her possessions placed beside her. Yvonne and Angela were absolutely wonderful during the repose of my Dad.Nothing was ever to much trouble, nor a time that was unsuitable for any of the family to visit.Their love, care ,dignity and the beautiful way in which my Dad was presented will never be forgotten.
I was really pleased with the service we received from Yvonne at Robert Nuttall's throughout the entire process. This was the first time my brother and I had had to deal with a funeral so didn't really understand the process but she helped us at every step, explaining our options and suggesting alternatives but not trying to persuade us in any way. She's with you throughout including support on the day of the funeral and kept us informed at all times. I would highly recommend her.
