recently had trouble with tooth and in a whole world of pain...called up and they got me in the next morning, great dentist, great people!!
Waited 2 hours with my 81 year old father who has had a fall and damaged his teeth. Had to leave unseen. Very unhappy.Called in again today (a day later) and he was seen promptly by Mr Fogg. Very pleasant experience with good humour. Made up for yesterday's debacle.
I received treatment from 'Zara' (if I remember the name correctly). She appears very young but does perfect job. She repaired two teeth of mine including large and deep cavity, both fillings fit perfectly for the first time and no pain during or after treatment. Very talented dentist.
Awful experience and unacceptable behaviour, bordering on abuse by dentist S Chandy today.My 3 children have come out frightened and distraught after the dentist used bad language out loud in front of a 10, 7 and 6 year old child. The two assistants in the room at the time also had looks of shock on their faces when they heard the language!My 6 year old girl was soo frightened and upset she refused to speak for half an hour after the dentist experience. She was told she looked like she was a witch by the dentist despite her and me telling him she was wearing a spider fairy costume he continued to mock my 6 year old girl.He also said to her that he would make her cry the next time she comes to see him.His tone was abrupt and he shouted at 2 of my 3 children.Instead of some positive encouragement after some improvements in my ten years old teeth since his last visit he began to tell him off after initially saying he had improved.Going to the dentist can be a traumatic experience for many adults never mind children and todays behaviour by Dentist S Chandy was horrendous and unacceptable.The children were so traumatised they would not event accept stickers from the dentist. He has always been heavy handed with the children on previous visits to Roch Valley but today he went too far.I have been left upset and angry that my children have had to experience this traumatic appointment.
What a rude horrible man! My daughter first visit she was absolutely terrified and when seen he had a go coz we was 2 minutes late(sat in waiting room 2 minutes) then he pointed out we was 4 minutes late , absolutely disgusting service , where was hes bedside manner knowing people have a fear of dentists!!!!! Would not recommend this practice to my enemies!!!!!
