Been to edenfield dentist 3 times now and i must say I'm very impressed from the moment i ring up and speak to the receptionist steph .nothing is to much trouble and the dentist who did my treatment cant remember his name gave good clear advice .and treatment was quickly. Great dental team .definitely gets my thumbs up. *****
Fantastic experience from start to finish at this practice, friendly staff and I am thrilled with the results of my treatment. Would definitely recommend.
Very dissspointed as a regular patient I had 2 appointments cancelled whilst having toothache , and had to pay to see an emergency dentist for treatment , I won't attend the practice again .
Update: I am changing my rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars. I have, since the below mentioned incident, received a phone call from the practice, an explanation as to what might have gone wrong, and an apology. I am hoping this is the end of the matter and confident things will go more smoothly in future...Very VERY poorly managed practice! Twice now I have turned up, with my three children in tow, for an appointment to be told it was cancelled! No phone call to notify me of cancellation. No record of actually calling ME...Apparently a phantom answerphone message left on some phantom phone number...I don't even have an answer phone service! Shame the poor receptionist left to deal with the mess! The practice manager is never available to speak to in person or over the phone. So to complain I must write a letter and wait for a response...GREAT! That's another half an hour of my life I'll never get back!
