Janine is a brilliant member of staff in this establishment. Shes made me feel very welcome and is an inviting person. I cannot commend her customer service skills enough. Would definitely visit again based on this.
Expensive for families, not enough bowling balls available and our lane was faulty and problematic. Grateful that you can now wear your own shoes if they are flat, instead of their ridiculous bowling shoes that have already had hundreds of feet in them.

Bowling good. Prepayed and lane was ready to start bowling. Only complaint was the ladies toilets. Why are they always the farthest away? They were also very untidy with toilet roll everywhere except the holders. Not the fault of the staff just the users having no thought for others. When told, the staff were up there immediately to tidy up. Can't ask for better than that.
