Went to bulk buy CS Lewis. Found some of what I needed but not the beginning of the story. They will look out for the rest and keep me informed. The right books in the wrong order! Hoorah for Lyall's!
I love this place, the books are reasonably priced and the people who run it are wonderful. Lyalls quickly become one of my favourite bookshops and I don't think I've ever left empty handed. I love how there is no till in site and everything is done with pen and paper.Please note the upstairs section is accessed by a steep staircase.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Particularly good for non-fiction; their esoteric section is outstanding.
