Very poor service. Damaged my wifes hair and when I went to complain, the staffs were very rude and unprofessional. They kept telling me to speak to the manager who is unavailable all the time. I rang once and I was told the manager is in but she is busy to talk over phone so I decided to visit the salon to resolve the issue. Soon as I got there within 30 mins the manager left the salon and the staff asked for my phone number and was told the manager will ring me. Never got a call back. They have applied colouring product on my wifes hair without doing any skin test. Thats how unprofessional they are. They have charged my wife over 100. I will be contacting trading standards regarding them.
Don't waste your time or money, go to a legitimate beauty salon. You pay a lot of money, not only is the end result embarrassing, but they act they they are doing you a favour!!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff member was rude about my appearance and unprofessional and didn't cut my hair to how I asked. She couldn't even wash my hair properly and didn't condition it either. Overpriced for the service I received
